                     - Repairs continue. Operations such as measuring, pulling, 
                     and welding are done as needed.
   Step Nine 
                     - Inspect vehicle prior to painting.
   Step Ten 
                     - Prime, sand, seal, and mask vehicle.
   Step Eleven 
                     - Paint vehicle.
   Step Twelve 
                     - Paint vehicle.
   Step Thirteen 
                     - Clean vehicle.
                     Step Fourteen
                     - Perform final inspection of vehicle.
                     - Repairs are complete.
                     Step Fifteen
                     - Notify customer.
                     Step Sixteen 
                     - Review repairs with customer to ensure satisfaction.
